After months of no visits to my son I complained and some one phoned me today to introduce herself as my sons care Co ordinator . She told me that south Traffird team have been put into special measures no doubt because of the poor standard of care My son is on an after care section of the mental health act and no one visits him , so God only knows how people manage who don’t have such serious illness which it is a legal obligation to support. They are a disgrace Now when I phone up no one answers
People don't know how to knock when someone's booked a room for therapy
I think the staff at Brook Hayes are very good especially Carla
The worse place ever staff all of them with empathy compassion zero rude and dismissal no fit for their job
I found the staff to be helpful and polite
