I live in Greece. I visited UK for touristic purposes. I had the chance to eat at a lot of restaurants in UK and Europe. It was the best restaurant I have visited in UK. Very tasty and well prepared and you can chose among many menu options.It is definitely not like other expensive restaurants. I highly recommend this restaurant
Good quality skinned cod, and decent value for money. Have gone here many times in the past and they always deliver a decent meal. The fish has definitely improved since I first started trying this place out, and unlike most chippies, the fish is skinned,which I know is a big selling point for some people I know. Would definitely recommend.
This chip shop is what a chip shop is all about. Great food, great price and lovely friendly staff. Can't fault anything!

The best fish n chips I have ever had. The fish is like eating a thick piece of meat. The batter is just right. Delicious thick cut chips. The delivery service is very good. Delivered within 30-45 minutes and piping hot. 5 plus stars everytime.

My neighbours organised a fish and chip event on Thursday last week and ordered the fish and chips from Golden Friars, it was absolutely delicious. The service was great, delivered on time and was piping hot. Can't wait to use them again.
Fantastic takeaway. Perfectly cooked chips and lovely saveloys. The customer service is top quality; the staff talk to you and sometimes make you laugh - it makes me look forward to coming in here and order food.
Recently moved to the area and thought we would try out our local chippy. I must say we was very impressed. Delicious fish, batter and chips.
