I had an excellent experience at Asda last night thanks to Shirley. I was looking for a specific type of rice, but there was none left on the shelves. Shirley went out of her way to check in the back for me, and her effort truly made my day. Even though there was none left, her dedication to helping customers was evident. Thank you, Shirley, for your outstanding service! It’s people like you who make shopping at Asda a pleasure.
Order online and easy to navigate. Have the choice if you want substitutes or not & they notify before if goods unavailable. If not available they will refund straight away so not taking payments for full original order
One check out open on a Friday at 6pm. Poor stock levels. Had to use self service with a very full trolley. More staff in this area having to constantly correct till errors. Not enough room on the bagging area for the full trolley contents. Absolute chaos. Why don't the staff in the self service area get allocated a normal till to speed up customer service. After more than 40 years of shopping here I have finally had enough. I will not be returning.
It is unbelievable how rude certain members of staff can be. Proper customer training would not go a miss.
