Twice my mums partner has almost choked from a metal piece of broken cooker that has fallen into their food. Our complaint wasn't taken seriously at all and they didn't care that my mums partner had broken his tooth or that a poor child could have been seriously harmed! When asked if the owner would be notified so that the cooker could be changed, I was told that he didn't speak English and that he wouldn't understand. We were offered a free meal, but as you can imagine, that was the last thing we wanted. I will never order from there again and I would advise anybody who wants their teeth or who has young children who enjoy chinese food not to either!
