A really rude/ unpleasant staff in the office. It's been only my second or third time there and the woman is genuinely hostile. Never at her desk and very abrupt when asked a question or spoken to... Really upset me yesterday and spoiled my otherwise pleasant journey... Also, the station café was closed, there were no newspapers or magazines available to read while waiting for the train and no toilet paper or paper towels in the toilet to use. Disappointing...! :-( :-( :-(
