I love this shop. Quality, well made clothes at a reasonable price. Helpful staff, pleasant store. Changing rooms with space, and a stool ! I always come back to them because they sell what I want.
Not at all helpful when I wanted to return a garment. On line it said that my purchase could be returned to a 'stand alone' store, but no I was refused. Will not be shopping with them again
Oh dear. Was like walking into an unwelcoming, dark gloomy place. Looked like a market stall, not showing off the quality clothes Roman is known for. Staff busy and didn't go out of their way to make customers feel welcome, not well dressed or showing off Roman clothes. Fitting rooms had not been cleaned and staff so disinterested in customers I'm surprised stock has not walked out the door. Come on Roman, buck your ideas up!
So much to chose from and loads in the right size. Came away with many good items. Staff friendly and professional.
Never use to like this shop. I use to think some of the styles were frumpy. Now I think styles are picking up. Being a certain age, dosnt mean you should have to compromise on style, but this shop is improving. Well worth a look round, you will get some surprises
My mum got her Mother of the bride dress so smiles all round. Every time we see nice clothing it's from here. Lovely helpful staff too

Came into Nottingham Victoria Centre with my wife to look for a dress but the shop was closed despite the website stating it was open. Not impressed!
