Met a man called Michael, originally when I came in with my family, we only knew we wanted to try camping, so we were really lost, but Michael came up to us upon entry, greeted us all, asked how he could help and whisked us right to where we needed to go! He had an amazing knowledge of what everyone needed and wanted, and was even able to entertain the children for a few minuets while I discussed with the misses! Absolutely amazing customer service, will be coming back.

What an amazing company to deal with. Staff so polite and caring. My husband and I buy buy presents for the homeless at this time of year and what an fantastic discount they gave us. Totally amazing. Thank u go outdoors xxx

Nice to go to some where the staff are passionate about the products , Chris in the boot section , very knowledgeable as well as product aware,plus Andy in the men,s garments cant wait to get up Mount keen tomorrow. Thanks guys

What a fantastic place and staff went for a pair of walking boots. The member of staff who served me taught me so much in 5 minutes. Paired the boots with a new pair of socks. My feet have never been so comfortable. Thank you go outdoors

Fantastic service. The guy delayed going on his break to help me. He was really knowledgable and took loads of time to help me. Very happy customer.
