Atrocious service, they keep telling cracks and they show no empathy to their customers. Will never go there again.

Helpful staff. If they don't have it in their store, they are always willing to locate it in another branch for you or point you in the right direction. I haven't encountered rude staff.

Terrible service. The staff in here are clueless. Don't know the first thing about outdoor kit, and are rude and dismissive. 
They seem to operate on a "sell you anything" policy, which is a shame because I have found the staff in Millets are generally well intentioned, if lacking in some knowledge. 

If you insist on millets, you're better off goingto the Farnborough store. If you are looking for expertise and advice, you are much better off taking a trip to Cotswold Outdoors in Reading, where they train their staff properly, and employ outdoors enthusiasts, rather than the usual disinterested local youths.
