Visited on rainy Sat morning since open hours limited to just 3 days, Thurs to Sat. Very friendly helpful service, excellent range of stock so soon found what I needed. Full marks to this shop, small but unique in this area: recommend local Western fashion enthusiasts to keep visiting and help it thrive! So I drove from Chessington to this store yesterday to buy new boots for Country 2 Country next weekend. I called a day in advance to see if store was intending to open with the snow we've been having, not sure who I spoke to but extremely helpful by giving me an email that could be contacted if I had no answer from call on Saturday and wasting a trip to find closed store. When myself and family entered the store I was greeted by two lovely ladies, one who was occupied with store duties but still greeted us and said if we need any help just ask. I selected 3 boots which I wanted to try and lady came over and obtained my information to get me the boots I needed before heading out back, on return the lady only had one of the pair in my size. I tried the boots on and walked around the store. This lady had an outstanding knowledge of the boots and offered me an alternative pair which when I tried on I feel in love with right away, I'm very indecisive and the lady gave me time alone to think about which ones I wanted. I came away we a great pair of boots to be proud of all thanks to her, this store is a wonderful contribution to country fans here in the south and I how the business flourishes. Keep up the great work, we will defiantly be returning for more boots and clothing soon 🤠

A great shop with a wonderful collection. I bought a small item today as I was in the area and visited the shop for the first time. I can however say that customer experience can definitely improve! When I asked if new stock was expected any time soon, I was told, "no, it's not" and that I should check online. The communication was a bit abrupt and generally I found customer experience discouraging which is a shame - with a better customer service I would have given the shop all stars.

Well I was looking for a rodeo shirt for Country2Country this year and checked their website. There was a lot of styles to choose from, but a few were not listing my size M
Wanting to check the delivery times of those in stock, I called ahead prior to ordering. The assistant was really helpful, advising of a stock delivery that not been unloaded to the website.
She searched for several styles in my sized, gave some sizing advice and delivery info, as I needed the shirt in time to travel to the gig.
Purchased over the phone on Saturday morning and was delighted to receive it on Monday morning, tracked Royal Mail.
Shirt is great, of German manufacture, great western style and fits perfect.
Emailed feedback, because its good to give and receive positive comments. 
Would use again for sure. Do check opening times.
