Amazing experience today at Wild Wild Western Wear! I found a pair of boots I fell in love with! The staff were lovely, friendly and amazingly helpful when looking at different boots. They talked us through the different variants of boots, how to get them on/off and how they should feel when you buy them VS how they change over time, as well as caring for the boots. I am so happy I now have an amazing pair of boots and I could not recommend this shop and staff more!
My wife an i went to Wild Wild Wertern Wear today looking for boots. The shop was very busy and we had a wait of about 15 minutes to be served, but it was well worth the wait! Unfortunately I didn't get the name of the young lady that served us but she was very knowledgeable and spent about 20 minutes making sure we got the boots we wanted and that they fitted correctly.nWe just wanted cowboy boot but they have a full range of western wear and the amount of customers shows how good they are. Definitely recommend
What a store, went for a pair of boots and was not disappointed. Super friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable staff.nWhen the extra mile, helping me try on multiple different sizes to get the right fit. No hard selling at all. Extremely happy with my new boots and glad I didn't buy online as would have got the wrong size.nnThank you very much. I will be back.
Terrible customer service and poor quality products. Purchased a belt that broke after 12 weeks of wear, and was refused a refund because I was ‘using the belt wrong’. Would strongly advise against purchasing
Amazing shop with amazing staff. Such a large selection of hats and boots in all different sizes. The staff were so helpful and patient as I tried on lots of boots. 10/10 would recommend !
