Would give 0 Star if I could. After spending close to 4000euro on a dometic awning, a side awning, accessories etc the delivery was due to come in 1-2 days by Parcel Force to Republic of Ireland. 3 boxes arrived, but not the 4th. however, our account says all boxes delivered. I was told that the 4th box was randomly selected for a custom check. On the website this say it takes 24-48 hours however here we are 6 weeks on and still no package. It basically has the windows for our new awning, so effectively we have completely wasted 4K, and the may completely ruin our summer, we have already had to cancel 2 weekend trips. Absolutely ridiculous. I'm not saying its entirely camping world at fault, but they are responsible for ensuring we receive the goods. We haven't, and I doubt we will at this stage, I can't understand why they can't forward additional items that were in the last box. Poor customer service.
I paid for an order on May 28th, 47 days ago, but the courier lost the package. The second attempt was so slow in coming that I asked for my money back - I didn't trust that it was going to arrive in time for a camping holiday 2nd camping holiday since ordering and I wanted to order replacements from another seller. Despite the courier saying the package is routed back to Camping World, they will not issue a refund until it reaches their warehouse what if they lose it again? It's their policy. Polite but ineffective customer service.

Read the small letter and never via the website buy if you are outside UK! I bought a product a tent via the website to be shipped to the EU. In the payment page several warnings appeared highlighting the free shipping to the EU, but none of them related to international taxes. For that, Camping World assumes that you will read their 'terms and conditions' or go to their 'brexit tab'. As a consequence, after buying this free-shipping product, I was requested by FEDEX to pay 490 Euro to free the package once it reached the border. If I were to reject the package and ask for a return to this specific Camping World store, FEDEX would charge the shipping cost of that return ~300 Euro to Camping World. However, Camping World charges that cost to their customers afterwards, by deducting it from the subsequent reimbursement. Conclusion: tent + 490 Euros, or no tent + 300 Euros. Choose your poison.
Waiting 8 weeks for in stock package, no reply to phone or emails, just 'we are so busy' still receive 2 promotional emails a week trying to sell me more stuff. Suggest they put things on hold and sort out existing ordered. Frustrating, DO NOT bother attempting to purchase from Camping World
Ordered a Cadac from them on black friday. As they said they would beat any offer. Great cheapest anywhere on the web. Only to be told four days later they are out of stock and I could get a refund. Maybe you should update your website software so that it knows how many you have in stock rather than promising products you don't have. Won't be using you again. Rather go to go outdoors who would match the price. Unfortunately all prices have gone back up.
We bought an expensive Outwell Air tent end of May 2019. Tested in the garden and all seemed ok. Couldn’t leave it up overnight as it gets in the way of access. Unfortunately when we used it in July the front 2 airtubes had a slow leak and went down overnight. The first night a puddle formed above our daughters cot thankfully it didn’t leak through. The next few days we pumped the tubes up twice a day. We emailed CampingWorld immediately but there was no sign of the site-recovery offered by Outwell and all CampingWorld suggested was returning it after our holiday for repair. Pushed for a full refund but they were adamant about the 30 day rule so only a repair or credit voucher were offered. Quite disappointed with the whole process. If you buy a tent, I recommend testing it somewhere for a few days to ensure you don’t get any surprises on your holidays.
Came to collect some items I ordered to save postage. Great staff and wonderful price for my items. Very happy thanks. Will be 're buying from here
I ordered a tent last summer , it arrived within two days of ordering , staff were very friendly And helpfull .
Great Company to deal with, order on free 7 day delivery and got it next day. Will use again.
