If I could give 0 stars I would. This has been the worst place I have ever stayed. Booked in advance and requested a double bed. On arrival there was twin beds. Contacted the helpline but was advised nobody was available and somebody would be round in the morning. When they came in the morning housekeeping converted twins into a double by placing a sponge between the two. Ridiculous as it kept falling through. Apartment smelt. Radiators falling apart, blinds cracked. Entrance door was broken. Lads hanging around in the car park. Worst 2 nights sleep ever. Emailed over a complaint including pictures. Extremely unhelpful to the point my last email has been completely ignored. Safe to say I will definitely not be staying here ever again and will definitely not be recommending to others. I usually don't write reviews but the fact that my complaint has been ignored has made me think twice. Avoid!!!

Better than Hatherley Road but wifi a bit intermittent.
