Not like other premier inns. This is due to it being a converted house. Very small bathroom and bath smaller than average size too. No shelves to put toiletries on so had to put on floor. Staff excellent as usual and restaurant good.

By far the worst Premier Inn I have stayed in. I was in room 42 (5 night stay) which on arrival I noticed it had a weird damp smell my friend who was a few doors down had a similar smell in his room possibly stronger. My room was next to the door to the stairs. There was a group of German school kids stopping on the floor above and I could hear them everytime they came down the stairs and through the door which each one bashed against my adjacent wall on one occasion this went on for over an hour. The hotel in general is tired and in need of a refurb. I've stopped in many Premier inns and have never been this disappointed. The staff however as always in Premier Inn were great. The receptionist did her best to help with the noise but there was only so much she could do. I wont be using again!

Its Premier Inn - the bed works, the bathroom functions, the room has the bare minimum you need. No frills. This place seemed very 'tired' and in need of some decorative investment. The attached Table Table serves a good breakfast and the beer is fine, but the evening meal left a lot to be desired. Probably look for a better alternative if you can

Like something from the 80s, badly in need of modernization. Walls are thin, so spent last hour listening to next room coughing.

Beautiful old-style hotel with too many sets of steps to mention, but still a really nice place to stay. Just be aware that the walls are paper-thin, so being woken up at 4 in the morning by a random sneeze from any direction is not beyond the realms of possibility. The staff are friendly and engaging, and the restaurant side of the hotel - a Table Table - is warm and comfortable. I would stay here again.
