Absolutely fantastic service!! Dealt with a great guy Ian who was extremely kind and helpful. All the cars are really reasonably priced and I felt like I got a great deal. Picked the car up today Ian went though all the gizmos with me and even gave me a nice bottle of red to boot!  The mot runs out in Jan but has offered to renew when it runs out for free! What a guy! If you want a great deal, hassle free with a perfect gentleman. This is the place for you!

Extremely good service with no pressure to buy, went to see the car numerous times before making my decision. The staff are helpful and nothing is too much trouble and they provide a personalised service showing me how to use all the gadgets on my new car before I left. Couldn’t recommend them more wish I had received this level of service when buying my previous cars !

I purchased a pre-reg Ssangyong Rexton from this dealer.  Most of the transaction was conducted by email and was prompt and efficient.  When I visited to collect the vehicle it was very well prepared and a warm welcome was given.  We had traveled a fair distance to reach the dealership but were immediately offered a drink and a warm which was very welcome in the winter!  Overall the service, value and overall experience has been excellent from start to finish.  I would not hesitate to recommend Fun Motor Group and wish them the best of success.

Absolutely awful. I would not leave one star if it was possible. I'm still waiting for a small warranty job to be done 3 months after it was reported. There has been no communication without me ringing them to be told that the part will be in shortly. Ended up going to another ssangyong dealer who sorted the problem very quickly. Would not recommend this "dealer" to blow up my bike tyres.

Really good, friendly and genuine customer service and great value for money. The part exchange on my old car was brilliantly priced and finance options more than reasonable. Would certainly recommend.

Fantastic helpful staff who are very knowledgeable about the Ssangyoung brand and passionate about the cars. Very customer service focused and will gladly spend plenty of time talking through all the facilities of each model. Also participate in the mobility scheme too.

Rang them for Ssangyong parts enquiry on more than one occasion and left my details, but they don’t ring back? I was thinking of buying my next Korando from them but don’t think ill bother with that level of service.

Not at all pushy and not like other car dealers. Very helpful. No intimidating appraisal of car. All good and would use again.
