Super experience. Beautifully refurbished! Only note was, reception staff didn’t welcome or smile. All other departments were super friendly. Loved the Spa. Many thanks

Spa day with my wife with treatments in the treatment rooms. Spa pool is nice shape size to swim in also quite quite during midweek when we attended. Staff were very attentive explaining and pointing out heated stone sun loungers, sauna ,steam rooms indoor hot tub and uncovering outside hot tub. Afternoon tea in the restaurant was nice would have liked to have seen clotted cream with scones rather than whipped cream. Restaurant and spa has lovely views across the Scottish hills and estuary. Massage was very relaxing in well decorated and comfortable surroundings Would use the spa again as it was very quiet and not overbusy like others we have been too.

I recently visited for an overnight stay and was really impressed with the room I was given on arrival. The highlight of the trip was definitely going down to the leisure area - all staff were nice, especially a young man called Calum. He approached myself with a great, cheery and positive attitude and went out his way to make my experience worthwhile. Overall, my stay was great and I highly recommend it to anyone thinking of getting away for a relax

Nice and clean hotel. A lot of stairs to do, so don't pack too much as you will need to carry your luggage. Breakfast is just sufficient to start your day. Service is impeccable.

What a lovely Hotel.We stayed there overnight with children as a treat before Christmas. It was lovely waking up on Christmas Eve feeling relaxed after using the spa facilities.Everything from staff to room,food and scenery were 1st class. Also as we checked out, it was great to see carrots and santa keys on the reception desk for children staying on Christmas Eve. We would definitely return.
