I am staying here for 2 nights. The room smelt damp, which directly impacts my sleeping quality. Luckily, today is my last night. I can’t wait to check out and get back to my own bed tomorrow night. It’s a poor experience, definitely not recommend to book in this hotel. However, I also need to highlight that the cleaner I met this morning is super helpful, she already tried her best to get rid of the smell for me while I was away in the daytime. By the way, the window can’t open and bathroom fan doesn’t work also.
We arrived by bus, which meant quite a long walk from the bus stop. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Service in the restaurant was good. We enjoyed our supper and breakfasts. We will stay again.
Pretty good hotel. Seemed quieter than most Premier Inns tend to be. The location is a bit far out of town, so is better suited to motorists. There's a Starbucks and a Costa over the road, plus a small supermarket at the filling station. Staff friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was good. On the second day, the cooked breakfast needed to be made to order but this was actually better as everything was hot. Would definitely stay again.
We have stayed here a few times. We like the location and it's central to getting from home to Loch Lomond and further afield. We know premier inns are good for our family. We were sad that the restaurant next door had closed but liked the new smaller location inside the hotel. No going out in the rain to get breakfast.nnMy son found a lone chicken nugget under the bed and he thought that was hilarious. So he and his pet nugget spent some time cracking jokes before we laid him to rest before we went home. The room was clean. I think it was just missed and we weren't mad. Who doesn't want a pet chicken nugget.
Great experience that I know comes from Premier Inn. Booked for DBB, Dinner was good but frozen veg was used in the kitchen. Not keen on that. Everything else was great.nSlept very comfortably, breakfast in the morning was wowwww, lots of choice, topped up regularly and good attendance from staff.nNoon checkout was really appreciated. Totally relaxed for my long drive home.
