Hogmanay Party! Great cheap night out! Snacks on the tables dj playing good music, live band to bring in The New Year! Sausage rolls and sandwiches just before the bells and then dancing until 3am! Busy busy and nice friendly staff who worked hard to make sure the night ran easily and no waiting for ages at the bar to be served!! Very good night fair enjoyed!!

Went for lunch last summer and was disgusting...vowed I'd never go back but today chanced it thinking the bad time maybe a one off....well today was even worse - 2 chicken enchiladas which tasted of nothing and chicken inedible as like rubber...my brother had scampi and is violently sick tonight... service awful too....waitress disinterested and never once asked if everything was ok or if we needed anything. They advertising mothers day huh if you don't like your mother in.law maybe take her to this bleak place. It used to be really good but now I realise why was full of empty tables...wont EVER be back !

Poor room toilet door handle came off, no heating when i asked got told it's ok we'll sort it so went down later and no one had said a thing so the night manager sorted it in the morning we left and said to one of the waiters to be hit with yeah well it's not our fault no one told us what do u expect us to do. Would definitely stay away

Lovely hotel, very basic but has everything you need, the dinner was lovely and so was breakfast, bar area is a little dated but nice atmosphere, great for an overnight stay
