I've had a few hard weeks at work and the body was suffering greatly.. sore shoulder, sore hips, sore back, sore knees. What I didn't realise is how much the mind was suffering too. A fantastic massage with Ailie sorted all the sore bits listed and a good chat and giggle throughout was all the therapy I needed.
I have come away feeling sensational and no longer sore.  Thank you Ailie xxxx

from the minute I entered the Haven there was a calm relaxing atmosphere from the scents and sounds. I felt very welcome.
A lot of Beauty therapist have lost the ability to make the client feel special, not so at the Haven
I would thoroughly recommend Debbie and her prrofessional staff
