A Delightful Sunday Lunch at Glamorous Wing Yip Last Sunday, my wife and I decided to treat ourselves to lunch at the Glamorous Wing Yip Restaurant around midday, and we were not disappointed! The restaurant was buzzing with energy, clearly a popular spot for Sunday diners, yet finding a parking space was hassle-free thanks to their ample car park. We ordered a delicious variety of dishes, starting with the Sweet and Sour Soup, which was tangy and comforting – the perfect way to begin the meal. For our mains, we opted for the Sweet and Sour Tofu, Salt and Pepper Tofu, and a portion of Fried Rice. The balance of flavours in the tofu dishes was exceptional, with just the right amount of spice in the Salt and Pepper Tofu and the Fried Rice was fluffy and perfectly seasoned. Everything tasted fresh and well-prepared. Despite how busy it was, the service was impressively prompt and efficient, without feeling rushed. We were in and out within about an hour and 15 minutes, which was just right for a leisurely Sunday lunch. The bill came to under £80, which we felt was great value considering the quality of the food and the portion sizes. Overall, we had an excellent experience, and I’d highly recommend the Glamorous Wing Yip Restaurant for anyone looking for a fantastic meal on a Sunday afternoon. Just be prepared for a lively atmosphere, as it's clearly a favourite among many!
Hands down, some of the best food I’ve had recently! They use the freshest ingredients and make sure each dish is done the right way. The Crayfish with ginger and spring onion and steamed razor clam with vermicelli were especially memorable. Must try.Food: 5/5
The food was great, would highly recommend prawn dumplings. And the carpark maximum stay is 4 hrs for restaurant customers , which is sufficient. Please bear in mind entering the 1st / 2nd floor carpark for restaurant customer instead of the ground floor carpark.Food: 4/5
A very good place to have dim sum and lunch. Prices are among the lowest for Manchester Chinese restaurant. Good value for money if you really like Cantonese or Chinese style food. Ample parking spaces for car and free parking. Basement car park only 90 minutes. Parking: Three storey building for car parks. First floor 4 hrs, ground floor 90 mins.

Only visited because I am staying at a hotel nearby. Guess what? The food and service are amazing. For my taste buds, the dishes here are cooked with just the right seasoning. And there’s cherry on the top - Yes, I was even offered with complimentary deserts Definitely will visit again next time I am in Manchester!Food: 5/5
Service is quick and accurate. Dim sum are all above average, can see some very rare and traditional dim sum here. is also served, it is very rare in the uk, and the skin is very crispy. It can be a little bit more hot, and the price is really high, a dish for £33, which is a bit exaggerated? but it is rare so decided to give it a try and did not disappoint.
We had spare ribs, starter, seaweed and prawn crackers could not fault the starter any of the starters. They were very good. The main course we had egg fried rice which didn't seem to have any egg in it. We also had half of roast duck hot off the bone. Probably the smallest duck they could possibly find. Not worth the money for the main course. Have been here many many times over the years and I always thought it was good value for money not been for 12 months. I don't think I'd rush back after this last meal was not impressed Reason for three stars for the food. Not good value for money
Been here many times clean and delicious foods, a suitable place for big family dinner. Everything is fresh and hot not a single mistake all the foods is amazing! The decoration inside is quite fancy the big chandelier in the middle is so pretty and inside is quite spacious and of course there's toilet which are quite clean. The restaurant have plenty of parking space with a roof on top so no worry if it rain or too sunny. Overall this place is amazing the foods, the accessibility and amazing price!
