I went here and whilst I had heard great things about the nightlife, it was everything I’d hoped for and more. Amazing music, fantastic atmosphere and incredibly friendly staff. Special shout-out to Daniel as well who couldn’t do enough to help us out - always making sure we were served quickly and checking in on us to see how we were doing! Would thoroughly recommend a night out here

I was visiting from Cardiff on Wednesday & after we watched a show in The Empire, my friends took me to Popworld. Firstly, I'm disabled and walk with a stick & all 3 of the doorman that I encountered offered me their arms to help me up & down the stairs so my first impression was already 10/10. The music was fabulous, drinks were reasonably priced and the bar staff are honest! I ordered two drinks & thought I gave the bar staff £15, I actually gave £30 I thought the folded £20 was a fiver when she realised she gave it back instantly. All in all, my first impression of Popworld was right, it's a 10/10 place and I'll definitely be back when I'm up again.

They won’t let you in because you are alone. First, I work for Stonegate company, by respect to my employer I wouldn’t make a mess, secondly they would definitely let you in if you are part of a group of tipsy people just because you are not alone. It just doesn’t make sense. Personally if I am alone I will behave much more knowing that I am by myself instead of being surrounded by drunk friends not able to take care of me if something happens. A place to avoid

They don’t allow single people in for safety measures. Well, knowing I am on my own i wouldn’t make any trouble and also I wouldn’t get drunk because I have to take of myself……it’s common sense but apparently not for the door man

Kaelam was amazing this member of the team served us with exceptional service always with a smile on his face and was was absolute credit to the team he was fantastic well done and well done look forward to how well you do with stonegate xxx

Always have amazing quick service here. Bartenders are so l lovely and good to get on with. They’re always quick with drinks and even when it’s the busiest the wait is never longer than 5 minutes. Love the vibe here, it’s amazing .

Travelled 3 hours across the country to send time with family. Went into Liverpool. Arrived here as a group of 7. Was turned away because my daughter was wearing Cargos! No issue with trainers bizarrely! Have no understanding of why popworld is so offended by cargos? Particularly as cargo trousers were the backbone of 90s fashion which popworld is based on! Disappointed to say the least.

Has a dress code issue. Even after having a medical issue with trousers and jeans and showing existence of this decided that I wouldn't be entering the premises because I was wearing the wrong clothes.

We all went on a night out and there was 4 lads and they said there was too many lads, it’s a club so I don’t see why this was a problem and we was all best mates so I’m annoyed we was having a good night until now

My friend and i were coming in for a few drinks on OUR escapade and where attaKed by about 15 people while bar staff watched this PLACE HAS Been FLAGGED FOR DRUGS ECT AND WE WILL NOT DROP THE A5TACK ON A MOTHER AND CHILD NEVER!¡! Ratts ARE RATTS
