Erin is brilliant at cutting hair. Love the way she cuts my hair every time. Very professional. Gave 4 stars to the salon as they are very expensive in terms of colouring your hair. It's always a good job but pricey even when colour sale is on. Ask for an estimate before or you may be shocked!
Love going to Bobbers. Friendly staff. Excellent stylists. Really listen to what you want. give good advice on hair care.
Hair cut was great but on the phone a cut and finish got quoted as £47. When I was asked how I wanted my hair blown I said wavy and was told it would need to be straight first to check the cut and all that made sense so I said ok. However, then instead of blowing it wavy it got curled with a curling iron... And I'm sitting there with my anxiety thinking "oh no I hope this still counts as a cut and blow". And it doesn't, I get asked for £52 but all I brought was £50 and as a student that was LITERALLY, no lie, the only money I had in the world. Thankfully I was let off the £2 but it caused me a lot of stress, as I have pretty bad anxiety, and since I asked for a wavy blow dry I really don't think I should have been charged more, it wasn't a fault in my part. But as I said I couldn't fault the cut, good quality it's just a shame there was a misunderstanding.
