We were travelling and as we headed early to the station, we stopped by this place for brunch. The expectations were way based on the menu. Unfortunately the expectation didn’t much reality. Food was average with a lot of ingredients overcooked. Finally the staff could be slightly more committed on the hospitality concept and make you feel more welcome than “pay, eat, go”. I guess it’s ok for the location and the average expectations. Next time,I would probably give it a skip if I have another alternative but I wouldn’t mind if in rush and something ok.
It is disappointing to know that Giraffe does not do gluten free in this location. The menu is limited and more like a expensive version of McDonald's. The portion is small for the price. There is very little meat in my sales. How can they call it a main course for the portion? It was salty and sugary at the same time. I will stay with Leon downstairs next time.
If you are around just grab some stuff here! I had brunch and it was great! Reasonable prices, lovely inside of the restaurant and the staff was more than friendly.
I had a ridiculously long time to wait for my train so stopped by for a bite to eat! Never had food from here before but its was stunning! Staf super friendly too :

Very quick service and food was piping hot and tasty. Marked it back on atmosphere as at the end of the day it's on a concourse in a busy train station - Not much chance for them really. All in all, great.Food: 5/5

I came here with my friend to get some lunch, got the chicken avocado burger and took two bites of it before realising how pink it was in the middle. I usually hate to complain about things but I couldn’t eat this, when I took it over to the server he told me it wasn’t pink. He only took it back due to the photo that I showed him which is not letting me attach it is clearly undercooked and I wasn’t going to pay £12.50 to get salmonella. When he brought over the new burger, he still told me that it wasn’t pink and that it was a “pink looking chicken”. The rude manner and unprofessionalism I experienced was completely unacceptable, as someone who has worked in hospitality for 5 years. No apology was offered or any general look of care.
Very friendly and helpful staff. Very clean and the food choices were great. Didn't give it 5 as it was noisy with people having meetings in there.Food: 5/5
Fast service - toasties was hot and tasty. Smoothie was OK, nothing special. Standard takeaway food - although a bit overpriced.Food: 4/5
