Absolutely lovely! Got here at 7am in desperate need of a coffee and some nice food and wasn’t disappointed. We had the granola & yoghurt, porridge, almond croissants and coffee which were all fantastic. The almond croissants in particular were amazing- served warm and crispy. Definitely a lot nicer than the standard airport cafe. Would definitely recommend. Staff were also very attentive and friendly.
I really enjoyed my experience here. The facilities are clean and there is music playing softly in the background. The staff were pleasant and attentive. I had a latte, that came complete with milk foam art in the shape of a heart. For breakfast I had scones with jam and clotted cream. The plate arrived warm, with two perfectly toasted scones. There were generous servings of clotted cream and jam. I found the quality of the food and coffee really good. In a busy place like Heathrow this place offered an opportunity to relax and enjoy a nice meal and coffee.
Quick delicious pizza. We order the vegetarian pizza and I feel like it came out one minute after we ordered it. It was definitely hot and delicious and the vegetables were cooked perfectly… Especially the zucchini. We also enjoyed some Earl Grey tea with our meal. Service is super friendly and very efficient. If you don’t have much time but you can get in… They seem to be able to turn you around pretty quickly to get you to your flight.
The restaurant looks good, staffs are super busy and don’t have time to talk or help much. In general the burger was just okay! The truffle fries was too oily and smelled and tasted very weird! I love truffles, but this was so different, not in a good way! I stayed for a bit in the restaurant and realised that the staff don't sanitise the tables, just wiping the table with a cloth to clean food left over which isn't very hygiene! Won't go back for sure and I would suggest avoiding at any cost due to hygiene reasons! In terms of price, a burger with chips and a coke cost £28, which is too expensive for what you get!
With bleary eyes from our early start we were greeted by this oasis within Heathrow. The gentleman who met us was clearly versed on how to deal with customers at that hour of the day in an airport! We ordered the Bacon Sandwich and the Poached Eggs and Bacon on English Muffins and both were cooked to dare I say it perfection! The great service continued with no sense of rushing us out to clear the table, which was greatly appreciated! Was definitely a welcome way to not only start the day, but our journey on to our next destination - would recommend!
If you are passing time at Heathrow and need a bite, the fried fish and Giuseppe pizza were a cut above expected airport quality. Not the best chips though unless your preference is for thicker more potato-y fries. Stars are weighted on higher end compared to other airport fare.
The name is sort of ironic. Almost a 10 minute wait time with half their tables empty, and then someone just chases us to the tables. Drinks were here rather fine, and so was the food... The quality however, is a whole different matter. We got a fish and chips with a classic tomato and cheese pizza. The fish was absolute smashed in oil that dripped onto the plate, the taste was good once the half litre of oil was gone. The pizza dough was absolutely raw while the tomato sauce was more liquid than water and the cheese barely finished. When asked about it they helped us with a new pizza. It was burnt. And the dough was somehow still raw. This coupled with extremely high prices, just adds up to a horrendous experience. I would not recommend this place for my worst enemy. Service is rude, food quality is poor and wait time is at best subpar. Do yourself a favor and go spend your money somewhere else. Short edit. In case of eating here, there's a pharmacy downstairs for your convenience.
Highly recommend this eatery when hungry or killing time at T2 at heathrow. Excellent quality food and friendly service all around. Get your fix of quality fish and chips at the airport!!
All beer was in bottles, food was pretty good, if a bit expensive just paid 50$ for a breakfast and a beer, ridiculous. Has been updated since the last time I was here and is all diff menu , I preferred how it was before tbh. Also--- they added a 12.5% service fee which I don't think is deservedFood: 3/5
The authenticity and quality of the pizza was top notch. I didn't have to wait too long, maybe 10 or 15 minutes. Tasted delicious. Very friendly staff. Glad I chose this restaurant over the others.
