Great tour, fascinating place. One of Edinburgh's lesser known historic attractions but one of the better ones. Worth the journey outside the centre.
Fantastic tour! Thank you to our guide sorry I forgot herr name, very lovely lady! for sharing your knowledge and enthusiasm for the cove. Would fully recommend to anyone interested in history and a bit of mythology too. Hope to come back once you've unravelled a few more of the cove's mysteries ...
Wonderful hidden gem...the tour takes about an hour...great place and experience
This was both educational and fun for our wee gang of kids all 7 yrs old. Had an air of mystery and something a bit different. Who knew about this gem so close to town! Hooe they get the funding they need to open up all those other tunnels!
One of the best hidden gems in Scotland, What a suprise when you turn up this location. then you enter the shop then go down stairs. it blows you away. well worth visit when your in Edinburgh.
An interesting enough place to visit. If a mystery is your thing than this place is probably for you, so little is known of it's history that virtually everything your told includes caveats. There are further areas that remain unexcavated due to safety concerns, who knows what mysteries they may hold!
