It has been a tricky 6 months for selling houses since the mini budget  we put our house on the market just before. But we have sold and I would like to say many thanks to Gibbins Richards for all their support and help and hard work. They were good at communicating, very respectful when arranging visits and I would definitely recommend them Many thanks

Recently sold our house with Gibbins Richards. We can safely say we were not overly impressed with them. The level of communication was lapse! When people were making appointments to view the house they did not check every time that we were OK with the time/day before making the appointment. We felt that when contacting them we were a burden to them, an inconvenience! We found that they didn't communicate as a team, we were getting mixed messages from different people.  Also when viewing other houses they were advertising, we found them to have very little knowledge about the properties, which is worrying when they are selling yours.  We were happy with the photographs and videos taken of our property. Nicola was also a help towards the end of the sale. However we found the estate agent we were buying from to be the one we were in contact with more. And they were a lot more helpful with the process.

We are very happy with the service provided by Gibbins Richards, Bridgwater. Excellent service, very helpful and well organised. Lovely experience. Emily has been great and very helpful with our purchase, very friendly, replies to any queries very quickly and goes out of her way to find information. We have been able to visit the property a number of times. Thank you so much Gibbins Richards.

I can’t say a big enough thank you to Emily and the team at the Bridgwater branch for helping my wife and I through our move. Our move was difficult from the off as we found we had legal problems from 15 years ago which took nearly 9 months to complete, Although frustrating this was less of a problem with having Both Emily and Nicola’s experience and expertise to hand. Would definitely recommend Gibbons Richards to anyone thinking of moving home in the future!!

I've been really impressed with the service from Emily Firman at Gibbins Richards. As a buyer of a property Emily has been great. Nothing has been too much trouble, we have been able to visit the property a number of times and she has negotiated with the sellers for us when we came across some issues. Would recommend.

Emily has been amazing throughout this process for us, even though it hasn't been as straight forward as we had hoped. She has always kept in touch and kept us updated. She's a pleasure to speak to on the phone and via email. We have had a few problems with trying to get information/updates from other members of the team at Gibbins Richards when Emily has been on annual leave, but other than that, it has been fine! Thank you for all your help Emily and hopefully the next few months will be a smoother process
