I've used Arlow Plumbing for the past 4 years. The whole team are amazing. If you're after a honest service with no hard selling tactics then these are the guys for you. They always give the best advice & their customer service is second to none & I would highly recommend them. I will not go anywhere else. This is a true review from a true customer. If I could give more than 5 stars I happily would.

We are new to this area and rely heavily on our village forum on facebook for information for local traders. We received consistent recommendations for Arlow Plumbing. Based on that we invited Arlow Plumbing to service our LPG boiler. The gentleman was caring and polite. Worked tidelyl He was knowledable of our requirements. We have a care plan now in place for any future requirements for our central heating system. They are due back soon to do some further work for us. Highly recommend them to you.

Fabulous service from start phoning the office to book an appointment for a boiler service to finish the engineer completing the boiler service. Lovely people and very efficient. I trust them to such an extent I have signed up for their monthly care plan and recommended them to a very good friend and neighbour.
We needed to have a radiator removed and a new one fitted. I emailed Arlow Plumbing and Heating because they were local to me. After giving all the details I was given a quote which was very satisfactory so I agreed to have the work done. I was well informed beforehand of the date and time for the fitting and also a reminder a couple of days before. The plumber Tom arrived on the day and started the work. Cleaning and tidying as he went he completed the work professionally and politely. We are over the moon with our new radiator. Very well done to all involved at Arlow Plumbing and Heating.
