Wayne and Laura provided a first class service from start to finish when selling my late father's property. Wayne demonstrates the highest levels of integrity, a very rare quality in an estate agent. He went the extra mile to ensure we were happy with the particulars for the property, and he kept me informed at every stage with regards to viewings. Once a sale was agreed, Laura handled the progression of the sale through to completion. Not only did she keep me informed at all times, she worked relentlessly to keep the sale moving. She is a lovely, friendly person and was a pleasure to deal with. I cannot recommend Lees & Waters highly enough. Thank you Wayne & Laura.

My partner and I have recently purchased our first home together through Lees and Waters. The entire experience from initial viewing to picking up our keys was an absolute pleasure. On our first and only visit to our new home (only needed the one!) Wayne was extremely helpful and professional answering any questions to full. He provided us such a detailed overview, we knew a second viewing was not necessary which made our offer an easy decision after only 24 hours of the house being on the market. Laura is a credit to the company! She was polite and helpful throughout the incompetence of our terrible conveyancer (this deserved a medal in itself!) Different than most, we still believe that after 2 weeks of being in our home the pictures provided certainly did not give a false impression to the size of the house, in fact, it's even bigger then we remembered! When it came to collecting our keys the whole team were so friendly congratulating us, especially my over excited partner! Thank you again to the team at Lees and Waters. We hope to have the pleasure of dealing with you again (just not yet!) our sincere thanks, Georgia and Jessica :)

Lees and Waters Estate Agents have been helpful and professional throughout our property sell and purchase process. We received regular updates by friendly and approachable staff. The service they provided was always clear and prompt and we would highly recommend them to all our friends and family! Great work by a local company! Thank you

I have used Lees and Waters for 3 sales this year and their service was exemplary, they constantly communicated through the process. I have been in the property industry for 25 years and do not think I’ve come across a better residential estate agents and would not hesitate to recommend.
