From the first telephone call to picking the keys up for our new home we received excellent service. All staff at Andrew Lees are warm friendly and approachable. Our first time renting through an estate agents and would highly recommend to anyone else. Stress free from start to finish

Absolutely excellent service: agent turned up on time for my viewing and was knowledgeable about the property. I phoned that afternoon and paid my search fee - the requirements for the credit check were emailed through to me the next morning by Rent4Sure and within four days I had confirmation of my acceptance from Andrew Lees. I collected the keys last week - Lorraine at the Bridgwater office had all the paperwork ready and it only took a matter of minutes to fill in and sign the relevant forms. The inventory/condition report was very accurate, and the flat had been left in excellent condition. The service from start to finish has been excellent with emails and phone calls being returned promptly - very pleased to report that all the staff I met are extremely friendly too.

Wonderful staff. All very professional and lovely to talk to. After the first viewing with Andrew we decided we would only rent a property listed under his agency.

I have known Andrew for a number of years now and always found him to be very professional and easy to work with. I have rented a couple of properties from him over the years and always been very happy with how himself and his team deal with the rental side of things. I would not hesitate to recommend Andrew Lees Lettings to anybody.

Met Andrew when he was first starting his business about 10 years ago. He is always helpful and professional. His business has greatly expanded now, however the service is still personal and courteous.
