Originally a Bird of prey hospital set up in the early 80s, Gentleshaw wildlife centre expanded in 1993 to include a rescue sanctuary for rescued exotic animals and captive bred birds of prey .
A small rescure centre for unwanted or mistreated exotic animals, birds of prey and reptiles. Also on site is a bird of prey hosptial, used to treat injured wild birds of prey.
