Great bike shop. Staff are knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Repairs or service work is text to you first for approval and turnaround time is very fast. Had tubeless tyres and set up fitted 4 months ago and recently a service, gear work and brake work. All done at a fair price and professionally carried out.
My gear cable snapped during a charity ride, called up the guys and they sorted me within a couple hours! Bike has never been so smooth and excellent customer service, definitely my new and only bike store! Thanks to Joe for his efficiency and caring work!!
Was served by Joe, he was so helpful and really friendly. Bike was fixed the same day within a couple hours and was super cheap compared to Halfords where I’ve had it fixed before and the staff complained about it being a tricky issue. Would definitely recommend :

Knowledgeable staff who obviously have a genuine interest in bikes and helping you get the best experience out of them possible. Great, honest prices with no upselling to things you don't need. Couldn't recommend this place more.
Within about 3 hours of my first phone call to them I had my bike in, serviced and back out. Highly recommend as it was a brilliant job. Great customer service also.
What a brilliant bike shop, the staff are amazing at making you feel at ease, they took there time to help me pick a bike and accessories that I needed with no pushing on sales.
