Bike chain Glasgow was a pleasure to do business with. It was a so nice to receive 'old school' style service. That is to say friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and unhurried service. I reckon that what Kevin doesn't know about bikes ain't worth knowing.

Friendly staff but very overpriced equipment
Visited recently, looking at buying an e-bike. First person didn't know the answer to my question. Second person was less than interested and walked away in the middle of my asking questions. How not to provide customer service. You lost a £1250 sale. 0/10

Had my hybrid bike serviced. Top job - friendly, price reasonable, fast. Busy time of year but they still managed a fast turnaround. Gave me an estimated quote when I dropped it off - were actually within a few £ despite there being another fault found old bike. Far superior to any other bike service shop I've tried in Glasgow!
Really nice and approachable people working here who won't make you feel stupid for knowing little about bikes. Always friendly on the phone as well. Had put my bike in for a service but had a minor issue after the service that wasn't there before. Took it back and had the issue resolved with absolutely no problem that day. Feel it should have been caught during the service - the chain needed more lube - so taking a star off for that.
Don't be fooled by the Raleigh bike shop branding - this is an excellent repair and servicing shop. Staff know their stuff and offer good common sense advice. Have taken all my family's bikes there but this recommendation comes from my experience in them keeping my road bikes going through several sportive seasons, including building new wheels.
