I thoroughly enjoy going for a social catch up with friends. However after taking two sips of my drink I was left with a whole glass full of ice.  As one of the largest drinks brands in the UK, M&B should review the specifications on their cocktail menu to offer better value for money. On a Thursday night at 9.30pm there were 2-3 groups including us in the entire venue.  Improving the drink volume will keep customers happy and offer better value for money. I could have stayed at home made 6 times the volume of drink for half the money.  The staff team were pleasant in explaining they made the drink to their specification and nothing can be done to correct the drink.  Disappointed in the drab corporate narrative around prices and value.  Look at my glass after the drink was gone, leaving ice.

Visited many branches of the firm and had breakfast in most of them.Usually the same as I am a creature of habit. It gets smaller and smaller it seems .And they don’t seem to know what a double espresso is since they always add water to a single shot and bring it over. Maybe you should consider to update your training books guys? Nice service lovely atmosphere and a let down for something so easily fixed…

Stopped in here yesterday morning whilst waiting for some work colleagues who were arriving at New Street Station.  We ordered a few light bites and some hot drinks. Great location and food really stood out as good quality.  If you are waiting for people to arrive at the station this is a great spot  Would love to come back some time and try their later menu as if the breakfast and light bites are anything to go by it will be a treat.  Wheelchair accessibility: All on one level with no steps into the premises.

Nice little bar right across from the Bull Ring shopping centre.  Ordered a beer, the barman was very friendly,  and the service excellent.  Wheelchair accessibility: Easy access for wheelchair users, with plenty of tables that can provide seating access.

Food and drinks were lovely and the service was fabulous.  Didn’t catch the guy’s name curly hair, glasses, maybe American/Canadian? but he was friendly, attentive and professional. A real credit!Food: 5/5

I went to many branches of All bar one, this one is completely self service. Nobody greet you at the entrance and you have to find a table yourself, you order through the app and the food arrives. Staff is kept at a minimum despite it was a Saturday night. I would expect a better service than a McDonald's one on this type of establishment. Food was good though.

First time here. A lovely surprise, it wasn't packed out, apparently it can be, but overall we had a lovely experience of good food and music in the background. You pick your table and use the bar code on the table to order food. I know we bought drinks at the corner, so I'm assuming you would be able to order food there aswell, as not all people would be savvy to the table barcode ordering it should always be a choice : Anyway, there was 4 of us and we were all delighted with our meals. It was presented well and scrumptious. Very competitively priced also. Staff friendly and approachable, we will defo visit again when in Birmingham

Fantastic service, super quick and efficient. We did bottomless brunch and we were never left without a drink for very long, which we appreciated!! Super good value for money, food was excellent and even though it was busy and our table was booked out after us, we didn't feel rushed or made to feel uncomfortable because they needed to turn the table over. 100% be back again and would recommend to anyone!!
