Not sure if the staff remember me but they were extremely helpful when I was facing difficult decisions in creating my evee and munchlax plush for my girlfriend back in Singapore. Staff were outgoing, approachable, fun to talk to and made me feel at ease especially as I was anxious being overseas alone and not being sure on how to commence my build a bear process. Should defintely check out the place if you want to have your build a bear done with a extremely positive experience!
Hello I was over in Scotland there at the weekend and my daughter has autism and wanted a builder bear which we got on the sat then on the Monday before we went home she kept saying she wasn't connecting with the bear she pocked and was ao upset ans I seen that the builder ship would exchange so I went in ans the were amazing there was a young girl working can't remember her name she had like blue hair she was working the sat and the Monday and she remembered us she was amy with my daughter made her feel so conformable ans exchanged it for her and was so kind so thank u so very much for being so goid with kids with autism it's so lovely to have that in place for kids with need x
Staff here are extremely helpful. My daughter absolutely loves visiting a few times a year as a treat. Usually good member deals too.
Awesome staff, I've never had a negative experience at this store. Today I was in getting an older 2nd hand rabbit 90s restuffed and sewn up after a cleaning and the staff couldn't have been more helpful. I'm an adult collector of the older bears and it was great chatting to the staff about the different "vintage" ones - absolutely terrifying that 90s is now vintage . Staff are super knowledgeable and you can tell a lot of them are collectors also. I often feel a bit awkward as an adult going in but I had a blast. Thanks so much for a great experience.
I went in here yesterday 19th of April 2024 I got a memory bear for my sister with our late mums voice and the girl was incredible she was so lovely. It was hard to hear her voice and she knew I was upset and made it so easy and even made me laugh. The other girl who served was so lovely too. This is the reason I love going into places. I hope the company knows how amazing their staff is. Thank you again.
Wanted to relive my childhood and make a build a bear and had such a great experience at the glasgow store. Staff were super friendly and made it a great atmosphere in the shop. They were both that great i made sure to get their names so thank you to Isla who stuffed my bear and was great help around the shop and to Bunny who served me at the tills. Genuinely lovely people who deserve the highest praise and had a great chat with both of them so will sure to be back. Thank you once again.

Took our 2yr old daughter to the store today to make her a birthday bear. We were served by Beth she is a absolute asset to your store! My daughter is autistic so can be completely overwhelmed by her environment and people approaching her Beth was so understanding and took us through our bear building journey with such care and kindness. We were also served at the til by another lovely staff member the whole experience was amazing and really helped make my daughters birthday special thank you! We will definitely be shopping here again.
Please do check prices before buying We brought our granddaughter here today Total rip off Clothes for bear cost more than clothes for a child I am so angry
