I wanted to give JJ, Ethan and Andrew a massive Shout out to say thank you for your help today, you showed excellent customer service, and were very helpful sorting out a problem with me trying to buy stuff online with gift cards. I want to say you are doing amazing, and nothing was too much trouble for you, game should be proud to have employees like you working for them.

Could give 0 I would, paid full price for a brand new game, comes out puts a sticker on it and gives it to me after I paid, box is cracked, disc is scratched a little and turns around and says to me oh it's a new game but last one left, absolutely useless will never shop here again
It's like shopping in a second-hand shop I do not go in there to buy clothes I go to JD for my sportswear
Very lazy customer service. Make no effort to check on the computer or look out the back at there stock if they have what you ask about and think you just have to take there word for it without looking at all. Just stand around chatting, looking at you as if to say go away our chat is more important, lie about the information given to you to make you come back again again again which is friggin never ending and time wasting. Can not trust a company that can not deliever to there customers. Stand around, do nothing and get payed attitude !.
What have they done? Loved Basildon game prior to the move into sports direct. Seems really small and a very odd layout where stuff is behind the main sports direct tills.
What an absolute waste of time, crammed into the corner of Sports Direct, operating only one till so service is painfully slow!! Queued up today behind a woman and her three kids and was in the line for a good 15 minutes waiting for my turn to be served, in the end I walked out. all whilst CEX are pride of position in Eastgate with room to move. Shame as GAME is one of my favourite stores.
Walked into store all clean and tidy. Staff was welcoming friendly and helpful. A tall gentleman was managing the que assisting customers preparing purchases for toll assistants. All smiles . Fantastic service 10 out of 10 . Highly recommended Thanks guys and girls
Nice customer skills, got my son football kit. Reasonable prices
