I've been using brighthouse for about 17 years and basildon for about 11 years and there has been a few times I've wanted to walked out but today a lady called Joe served me and she was polite hard working and even though the computer tested her patience by freezing and not showing her items saved she kept on going and showed her determination to carry out her job in a professional.mannor .having to see what she went through with the computer today she deserves a bonus she is an asset to brighthouse and I hope they appreciate her as me and my family do if given half the chance I can see her being manager material . If it was not for her my husband who is ill with cancer would not have a fancy new bed to relax in . Billy is a polite and hard worker too .
Refuse to take payments, won’t take payments unless you do more than one at a time, Charge people extra on top of what you owe. Abuse and rudeness from the staff over the phone!! Never would I ever use bright house Ever again and I’ll be sure to let everyone I know what the company are like rip offs and trying to con everyone out of their money!!
Worse most terrifying experience ever at the Basildon branch. I would not recommend to anyone!! Poor customer services from start to finish.
Witnessed the staff shouting at a customer and then kicked him out the store, was awful, the poor man done nothing wrong, he then sat outside tearful, I asked if he was okay when I left the shop, disgusting service from all the staff, they even had a new boy behind the till and all he kept saying was, I’m new here I don’t no anything, this place needs to be shut down, the store manger is a bully
1 star because It won’t let me pick 0, terrible terrible shop, tried to make me cancel my agreement when my tv broke because they couldn’t get a replacement, the staff are very very rude, the store manager is not helpful at all, stay away
