Just purchased multiple gift cards from Pandora in Basildon Queues were organised on arrival of store after being greeted, may of taken a little longer than wanted however given the Christmas period, acceptable. Got served by a lady named Evie who was pleasant. Nice easy transaction with a good looking store!
What can I say went in to Basildon Pandora today and was served by the amazing Charlie/ Charley and she was super helpful! great service with a smile!! We was worried when we’d walked round looking and couldn’t see what we came for in the shop but she went out of her way to find what we was looking for for a present! and found it was the last one in the shop and then on top of that was Black Friday so was a bonus as saved 30% on our purchase and even showed me the most beautiful charm and within a second I wanted it and she has made my mums Xmas for her Thankyou Charlie/Charley x Thankyou Pandora :
Well layed out store. Great process for queuing customers. I was seen very quickly and received the items I wanted. The colleague who served me was polite and curtious. In one word she was awesome. Thank you
Very busy but they have a good system of serving in there, you queue and when it's your turn the friendly and helpful assistant escorts you round the shop. It saves confusion as who to serve next. It was efficient and effective.
It was very crowded there was a queue nearly outside. There was a queue outside the, the staff for efficient and friendly although obviously shrugging dealing with the amount of customers with all the differences of ordering online and viewing in the store I think they coped admirably given the everybody wants some quality time when choosing an expensive items
My first piece of Pandora an eternity ring the lady who served us was very helpful and didn't mind me taking ages even though the shop was busy so a very good shopping experience Thanks
Popped into the store on Sunday 4th December 2022 so my son could purchase a bracelet and charms for his sister for Christmas the young girl who served us was lovely and very helpful she went through everything as what we purchased was on offer amd helped us pick the perfect 3 charms we will definitely be back to buy more...can not remember the girls name
Lovely friendly staff, great selection.
I thought the Southend branch were rude but it seems to be a ongoing trend in each branch
Bought what I wanted and helped by a very nice, helpful assistant
