Pathetic customer service. No one knows anything about anything. They don't have any access to personal data changes or any idea of how to deal with queries.

Terrible customer service, been with three many years today my phone stopped working there is a fault with the handset. I checked my consumer rights before going and it clearly states if your phone is on a contract it is down to your mobile phone provider to arrange a repair and maybe offer a replacement. But not according to the Three Basildon store, the manager was completely clueless about consumer rights. Told me it was nothing to do with three and told me to contact LG the phone manufacturer. I explained I had a contact to provide a phone service which they could not fore fill as the phone did not work and he said it's not there policy to arrange repair or offer a replacement. Just sent me on my way, I explained he was incorrect and said I would speak to trading standards and provide a negative google review he said do what you like. Go to another branch avoid Basildon
