We stayed at this campsite for the marching of the bands weekend. The site is amazing, great facilities and clean and very secure with a code to get in and out. Bathrooms handy with a shower in both ladies and gents, washing machine and tumble dryer extra cost and there were facilities to washing up with hot water. We were a group of 5 vans/ tents and we all agreed the same!nMargaret was very easy to get hold of if you have any problems and come onsite to see you. We had a fab time, the added bonus of a dog called Billy that the kids loved playing with!nWe would definitely stay again. 5* +
Have had a lovely 8 night stay at Galabank Camping and Caravan site. The site was clean and tidy. As were the toilet and shower block. There was a washing machine and tumble drier to use for a small fee. Margaret and John, who run the site, are friendly and helpful. The site is fully secure with padlocked gates on both entrances to the site and the toilets have a code to enter.nThe only downfall was some of the other dog owners on the site who let their dogs out unsupervised and didn't pick up after them. On several occasions I had to pick up from outside of my awning or near my car and it wasn't from my dog. This isn't a complaint about the site or the people running it. Just the other inconsiderate dog owners using the site.nI will definitely return to the site.
Had a great little weekend away. Very nice little site, very friendly owners. Nice walks along the river and a short walk to town
Do not visit this campsite if it been raining as you’ll get stuck.nVery dated and tired, lots of rubbish lying around and not a very pleasant environment.nI gave 1 star for the location being near to Annan town centre and the river.
Stayed here for two nights was nice and quiet. Nice walk into Annan nice main street. It's grass and it rained all night so we got bogged down but the warden gave us a tow with a land rover.
