Day before delivery I received an email and text with an hour to hour & half time slot for the next morning. Speedy delivery, though drivers didn't call with an half hour warning as text said they would. Shoe cupboard good quality for the price. Drivers unwrapped it and took photos to show they had delivered it and there was no damage. I'd read lots of reviews which stated you had to open right hand door first, ours open independently of each other which was a nice surprise. Only reason for 4 stars is top shelf isn't very deep and flips up easily. I put two brackets under the shelf to stop it flipping and have put baskets to hold keys gloves etc which stops items falling off the shelf. Item advertised as light oak, it's actually more a bleached/ distressed look. Would have ordered the normal oak if the picture and description had been better but overall happy with the purchase.

I bought some cheap and cheerful self assembly pine furniture for one bedroom and some not so cheap but equally cheerful furniture for a second bedroom. The flat pack furniture went together without any issues and I'm pleased with the finished article. There were no problems regarding ordering or delivery. I'd be happy to use Furniture 123 again.

Exceptional service, we bought a bookcase which was a fabulous price and looked good online. We were not disappointed at all with our bookcase. It went together fine with good instructions and all in all. We could not be happier. Funny enough the wood smells great in our room too. Delivery was the best I have ever experienced, the delivery drivers let us know when they were arriving by text and phone all of the way through. They brought our bookcase in and placed the box in a room of our choice. Lovely delivery men. We will use Furniture 123 again most definitely and have recommended it to our son-in-law as he too is looking for an item of furniture. Well done Furniture 123!

Fantastic service. Polite delivery drivers. Cheap delivery charge. Excellent product at a reasonable price. Different size screws were labelled and step by step instructions made the assembly much easier.

Excellent product at a reasonable price. Delivered quickly and efficiently. Professional service. Assembly straightforward as long as you read the instructions thoroughly first. Highly recommend this company.
