Bed was exactly how it was advertised on website I ordered a electric adjustable bed.. very pleased with the bed base, headboard and mattress, the motor is silent and smooth. Very pleased with quick delivery and Ace the driver was friendly and polite.. would recommend this company to family and friend's.. outcome 5 star's.. thank you aaa beds..
Beware ! They charge £79 for returns even if on original packaging. If not you will pay this and be only refunded 50 percent. This is not clearly mentioned when you place an order. Also the mattress we ordered was very firm and not as described
Absolutely awful, headboard quality is substantial and customer service appalling , I have requested a refund but I have been declined as they say there is nothing wrong with it? The headboard wobbles and sits 7 inches above the mattress!
i would not recomend ordering from this company.My 82 year old mum wanted a new bed a chose one from AAA the order was double checked to make sure it was a Bed & Mattress included and as they collected your old bed for £30. When the bed was delivered on 9/4/22 She was told she had only ordered the base and no Mattress. Also told her they did not take way old beds.They then only refunded from the £251 the lesser sum of £151 and kept £100 saying it was her fault because she did not order a base & bed even though checking the web site again today which says Bed base & Mattress !!! Nice con to pull on an old Lady Mrs D Fishlock and have not given any reason for not returning the collection fee. If any one else experiences this from this company please refer them to Trading Standards You may not get your money back but at least any one else who is thinking of ordering from AAA Beds will be informed of there underhanded behaviour.
I ordered a double bed from them and when it arrived the base of the bed underneath wasn't properly finished and the clips that holds the bases together doesn't do its purpose. Paying over £200 for the bed you do want it finished at a reasonable standard. Despite this its comfortable to sleep in.
These beds were absolute rubbish. Don't even think about ordering them. The only good thing was the courtious delivery people. Returned!!!!!!
Ordered 2 beds then read reviews and wished I hadn't. Ordered Sunday, got confirmation email Monday delivery within 6-12 days. Got phone call following Monday to arrange delivery for Thursday between 12-7. Arrived 11.45 , driver brought them into house, was polite and helpful. Beds are well made, solid and lovely fabric. To say I'm delighted is an understatement. Great Beds, Great Price and Great Service. Glad I didn't read the reviews and ordered from AAA Beds. Thanks
I ordered a bed from this company for my father. Unfortunately he was taken seriously ill very quickly and I needed to cancel the bed. Having read the reviews on line I panicked that I would get any reply. How wrong was I. Although slow to reply, I received a call saying I would get a refund full refund. I can only thank them for their help and kindness.
I cannot recommend this company. We paid £30 extra to have the old bed collected when the new bed came. However, the delivery driver didn't bother knocking or ringing the door bell upon arrival and simply dumped the new bed on the driveway and legged it! When I range customer services I was told the delivery driver didn't think anyone was in but how would they know without knocking or ringing the door bell?! Also, they couldn't do a U turn to pick up the old bed as they were suddenly too far away. Only positive thing I can say about the service was that the £30 extra I paid was refunded via Paypal the same day. Divan base is ok but am left with the impression they're only in this business to make a quick buck.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE. Unfortunately made an order before reading reviews - I did not receive a email confirmation for the purchase so I realised something was wrong. I tried to make contact via phone, email and contact page to cancel the order but no response from either. Received a phone call weeks later to say delivery was due - when I stated I no longer wanted the bed, the staff member told me I would get a refund within 5 to 10 to 20 working days clearly no clue what she was on about Still waiting for the refund. Luckily PayPal recovered the payment for me. Seems that its a lottery on whether you actually get the product, let alone the product you ordered. Don't get caught out by trying, it's not worth the hassle.
