Bought a desk but am not impressed with the delivered quality. I'm continually finding damage including snapped screws weeks after delivery. Desk ergonomics are also badly thought out. I expected flawless quality at the price, but was disappointed.

Staff good in store but upholstered furniture is very poor quality. Faded within months and they have washed their hands of it, awful customer service, do not buy their furniture if you want good quality. They are not part of the furniture ombudsmen either which means they are not regulated, wish i'd never steppped foot in the store!
