Absolutely shocking service! The initial in-store service was fine. However, the follow up has been terrible! Nobody ever returns your calls, I've been awaiting a refund for three weeks. I keep getting told it will be by the end of the week, then nothing. When I call to chase this, I get told I'll be called back, then nothing! We've been mis-led about the timescales for delivery, accused of lying about the timescales we were told and have people just being outright rude. This is by far the WORST service I have had! I would definitely NOT go here! The service at SCS down the road has been far superior. If I could give 0 stars then I would have.

Very nice service from the young lady at Dfs, allowed me to look around the store before asking if I needed any help, then explained everything before I left. Would recommend, as been to others and have been approached by staff as soon as you get through the door!!

Really nice, non pushy shopping experience. Total opposite of another sofa company with three initials. Salesman Paddy was great to deal with.
