Went looking for a bed with my partner. Made it clear to the salesman that we were just looking and that if we had questions we would come find him. Not getting the hint to leave us alone he asked us to try this machine that is meant to help you pick a matress. We said again we were not interested. Not taking no for an answer he continued the hard sell. In the end we found ourselves sternly having to say no and having to walk off past him as he was still nattering on. We eventually got some advice for a less pushy assistant who was very nice. Before leaving the store to go purchase the bed online so we could use an online code to save money for Bensons.

Me and my partner went down 2 weeks ago to purchase a mattress. On arrival we was instantly greeted by a pushy salesman. Telling us that we need to use their computer to tell us which mattress we should by and what would best suit us. We said we was ok and was just looking for now. He insisted to push us into going through all the steps. We said again we was ok and will ask if we need help. Again, he was being pushy. In the end I turned round to him and told him to bog off and leave us alone. if WE feel a mattress is right for us and WE feel is it comfy. We will come and find you.. He soon shut up and left us alone. We then had another sales lady called Bernie, she was absolutely amazing!! Really down to earth and helped us in the correct way! No pushy sales, just helped us. We didn't end up buying that day but we did buy online instead as we got some discount for online only.

Got a bed from them service was fantastic 5 star service. So went back for bed room furniture ordered it paid a deposit paid the rest a week later, it came in 4 weeks after nice only that the bedroom draws was put together when it came to the wardrobe bits was missing it took a nother 5 week after to come and put up in the bedroom. When ring the customer service during the 5 week and asking about compensation they said they can only talk about it when it's been installed. So waited until then to find out the maximum they can give is £50 cash or £75 in tokens. So if your not happy with the service cancle it before it fitted. Staff and Leeds road are very helpful but the anybody else who works for them are not we will not be going back for anything.
