We were impressed with the knowledge and helpfulness of those who advised us and their whole non-pushy approach. We felt we were allowed to take as much time as we wanted to ponder, but could find someone to answer questions when we wanted. There was no hard sell or attempt to make us buy-before-the-special-offer-ends, which really turns us off! A happy experience

The service in store was excellent.  Unfortunately, despite leaving a telephone message with the Chelmsford store answering service and e-mailing the head office to advise that I was unable to take delivery of my product on 19/02, this message was not passed on!  When texted about the date of delivery there was no way I was able to contact the delivery service.  

There would have been five stars if, having tried to not cause inconvenience, messages had been passed on!

Nice spacious shop helpful and knowledgeable staff. Told us our item would take 4 weeks to be delivered, but actually turned up in 4 days. We were told that we would be able to arrange a delivery slot but got given a delivery slot instead, not an issue to us in the end, but could be to some people.

Had popped in previously to find out about sofa's then went back to buy the sofa's we were interested in. On both occasion's the salesman Nigel was very friendly and even offered us coffee and biscuits while we were there. Everything was very efficient and not rushed or pressured. It was a very good experience and would recommend store to our friends.

All the staff who helped us were extremely efficient and friendly and answered all our questions honestly.

We have virtually all our furniture from Furniture Village and the never disappoint.

Thank you very much for excellent service.
