Just bought a Ford Ranger from Furness Rigby and was blown away with how professional an outfit they are. From being given the keys to inspecting the vehicle, with no pressure and no salesman watching over my shoulder, to taking a deposit and then collecting. David was the consummate professional and the customer service I received is second to none. As part of the pre delivery inspection they identified that one of the springs was cracked roughly 2 inch from the end. I am in the motor trade and I know for a fact this wouldn't have been noticed as it sits in the cup of the spring holder. No quibble, no hiding it, brand new spring fitted before collection and no extra cost. I'll be sure to use Furness Rigby again for future purchases and can wholeheartedly recommend them.

Travelled from Cornwall to buy a Nissan X Trail from FR. Obviously buying from so far away always has a risk however the car was exactly as described and presented well. Anthony was very helpful throughout and collected me from the station. No pressure or flashy sales tactics. I would certainly consider FR for any future car purchase. Thank you
