Had a brilliant experience purchasing my first car from Cantilever Car Centre. The team were so friendly, very relaxed environment, and the car was in lovely condition when I came to pick it up. The customer service was second to none and aftercare has been fantastic. Where a small issue cropped up it was resolved promptly and the team were so helpful. Would 100% recommend!

Absolutely brilliant service from Danny. Second time purchasing from this company and it’s been amazing both times. I walked in on Thursday to view a car I saw online, and 3 working days later I’m driving it, with a fresh MOT and service! Danny was super helpful and approachable, quality bloke!
Purchased a car a couple of months back and had it delivered to me based in midlands. Car received on time as expected and by a very friendly chap. Unfortunately there was a few snags noted within the first week of driving hottest time of year air con hadn’t been refilled and the service hadn’t been completed with the dash stating service was overdue and oil light prompting refill. Yes this is an inconvenience, but giving credit when due, the team, specifically Craig resolved the issue very promptly and compensated according to the issues raised within a week of providing invoices. The fact they promptly resolved within a week of raising the concern was full credit to them and the reason I have given them 5 stars. Mistakes happen, things get forgotten, but what sets them apart is the fact they're actually take responsibility. I will without doubt, return to buy next car from these guys. Thank you for the driver who delivered the car sorry didn’t remember his name and Craig for your service and help. I love my new car!
I cannot praise this place enough. The man who sold me the car Danny went that xtra mile to make sure everything went smoothly. And it did. Very helpful, I would trust him 100% and that’s something I don’t say lightly. Several of family members have use this garage and recommend to me. I will only go back there in the future. Thank you for an excellent service and Thank you Danny for your patience and help.
Had great service from Cantilever Car Centre. 4 weeks after buying a used Corsa from them it broke down with what turned out to be an expensive problem. Nobody could have predicted the issue. It was possibly just a pitfall of buying a 10 year old Vauxhall Corsa. So you may wonder why I have given 5 stars. Let me explain. After being messed about by my local garage in South Manchester Cantilever Cars came to collect the car within 2 hours of me asking and took it back to Warrington. A week later I had the car back fully fixed and running much better. It was a labour intensive and costly repair. All repair costs were settled by Cantilever Cars. No arguments. No fuss. If this doesn't convince you that this is a decent used car sales I'm not sure what will. I will be looking for another car for my son very soon and would definitely use this used car centre again.
Just purchased a great car from Cantilever car centre,the service was great, Craig was great, so helpful and pleasant,no sales pressure at all , the couple of little problems have been dealt with and fixed without any questions, would recommend Cantilever car centre if you are looking for a car,. Just purchased a beautiful car from Cantilever Car Centre and what a great all round experience. No hard sell just good, honest car selling. Craig was exceptional and attended to everything with great diligence. They could not have done more. They did everything that they said they would. Nothing was too much trouble for them even after full payment had been made, they still gave me the same attention. Thanks Craig and also Will. I highly recommend Cantilever Car Centre.
