My family, friends and I ate at Fumo yesterday. The sharing platters allowed for a communal feel. There was a wide selection of food to cater to differing tastes, and everything tasted delicious. The ambiance and interior was very nice. The service was good. Fumo is also located in the heart of Soho, providing a great meal before or after going to the theatre. We will be back!
Enjoyed all the dishes here. Was able to walk-in and be seated immediately on an early Sunday afternoon. The waitress explained the Cicchetti / small dish sharing style and that dishes would come when ready. Although the olives came late, everything was tasty and worth having again. The staff were friendly and atmosphere was relaxed yet chic. Not sure how things are when they are at full capacity but happy with my first experience here. The San Carlo group also have other restaurants. Many of which may look familiar. Look forward to trying others when hungry for a bite of Italian.
Stunning place with very nice service. They didn't kick me out after 90 minutes as per reservation unless I was lucky. Plus for you guys! Good quality food. If you are a bigger eater I would advise to order 2 or 3 plates and mix of deserts. Portions are smaller than usual main course but larger than tapas. Small bites of desserts are perfect for two people as you can try different things- pistachio cake was amazing Thank you Fumo
Excellent service and food here, easy to find in a great location. We dined on a Saturday afternoon and it was busy and had a great atmosphere to the restaurant. The staff were very attentive and the food arrived quickly and everything was delicious! It’s a tapas style menu with smaller plates to share. The recommended 4-5 plates between 2 was spot on. The wine list was strong and had some good choices.
We celebrated Christmas Eve in Fumo, great location, the centre of Covent Garden, even parking space outside the restaurant. Beautiful Interior Design, friendly staff, and the portion of the dishes like Italian tapas, with good quality. I think its a smart way to let customers trying different dishes. Personally we love the Black Ravioli and beef short ribs. Highly Recommended! Service can be enhance, we told them its my birthday, and they didn't make it a little bit more special.
This was a great place for lunch, it was busy but we didn't have to wait too long. I really liked the idea of tapas style Italian dishes as we shared a good selection rather than having one dish each. The food comes out as and when it is ready, we found this was good but waited a long time for one dish. Service was great and the staff were helpful and friendly. Added 12.5% service charge, which we didn't mind paying. Would definitely return.
Came here for a friends birthday and the food and service was exceptional. We got a variety of plates to share amongst 6 of us and we were all taken aback by how delicious and well presented the food was. The flavours were excellent and the staff were attentive, friendly and efficient. We had truffle fries, mozzarella balls, bruschetta, seafood spaghetti, carbonara and lobster ravioli. Expensive restaurant but well worth the money for delicious food.
I brought my Italian husband here for our 1st wedding anniversary and we were not disappointed. The food was very tasty and I loved concept of the tapas style. We ordered 5 dishes and it was plenty and there was room for dessert too! Tiramisu was beyond delicious We will definitely be returning.
Fantastic meal, with great service. The place has a real buzz noisy Took my mum in wheelchair. Three steps to get in, two are very big. She managed them and we had a delicious meal. Will definitely go back!
