Loved the cosy feel to the inside. We were served promptly by the very friendly staff. All food came out extremely quickly. We were not in a hurry, but we had ordered, eaten and paid for a three course meal in just over 1 hour. I would highly recommend Bella Italia to anyone who wants tasty, fresh food and a pleasant atmosphere.Food: 5/5
Hello, I am writing regarding 27th of August. Leicester sq Bella Italia. Ordered margarita with extra mushrooms & calzone.. margarita was absolutely horrible, the cheese used was not even mozorella, was just normal cheese and it was burned to the point where afted some time we couldn’t even chew on the pizza or even eat as it was hard rock. Calzone has massive mushrooms inside, the pieces were so big, and instead of spinach inside there was somehing else…
Sam and Bubba treated us really well, they were friendly and welcoming, served us quickly but didn't rush us. The meals were all delicious and our family of 6 had a great time. Kid-friendliness: Great kids menu with option to make it a larger main for children who are older/have a big appetite.

Good food for a reasonable price on the edge of the theatre district. There are toilets available in the restaurant. Staff were very good even though they were constantly on the go. This is the less busy of the Bella Italias hidden around the back of Leicester Square, therefore normally not as much of a wait for seating.Food: 4/5
Lovely restaurant. Nice welcome. Situated in a lively area of Leinster square. First impressions when the menus were handed to us was, they need to reprint them as they are grubby from use. A good selection of dishes, well presented. My companions had meatballs and spaghetti which they were very happy with ,I had the gluten free penne pasta al Pomodoro, my pasta was not evenly cooked, and on one mouthful, was actually still crunchy, then some was overdone, seemed like two batches were mixed together, that's not great really, but on the whole, because of the delicious sauce, a very tasty dish. Service charge included in bill. Vegetarian options: A fair amount of options. Dietary restrictions: No issues with gluten free pasta. But not sure about vegan cheese, it wasn't on the menu and I didn't ask as I thought if they had it then it would be on the menu.
We were looking for authentic Italian place where to have good pizza and wine. Valentina greeted us at the door and kindly offered us a table. Service was absolute fab and food and wine was super delicious. Also we had a great laugh with Valentina, she is such a gem! Definitely will be back once visiting London again.
I recently had the pleasure of dining at a lovely restaurant where the service was nothing short of spectacular, thanks to Baba. From the moment we were seated, Baba made us feel completely welcome and attended to.Food: 5/5
The restaurant is full of diners, the area itself is crowded, and those sitting outside will feel more of the amount of people passing by. We decided to sit inside, the atmosphere is a little more comfortable for the diner, the food is clean, delicious and looks good. The soft drinks are served in cups, which is a little surprising, less delicious and less suitable for serving in a reputable restaurant. They don't have fresh/squeezed drinks for the kids. Service was very good.
I loved my server Baba. He was the kindest person to me. I wanted a special meal without tomatoes and he promised me to bring me one. Once he did he even put a flag on it ,,made with love” and there was a whole group of us and I was the only one who got it so I felt very special. Very cool sweet and kind.Food: 5/5
