I couldn’t finish eating my meal before posting this review. Excellent service, quick delicious, no frills Italian! I had to come back and edit. The homemade tiramisu, is simply stunning.
This Italian restaurant makes authentic Rosetta bread sandwiches. The ingredients they use in their Rosettas are so good that at each bite it felt like being back at home. Wine is exquisite and overall price it's good too. Buon appetito!
Pret - eff off! This place is great. I had a slice of their chocolate and berry cake. It was so delicious and moist, only crumbs remained when I remembered to take a photo. And only £3 for a decent size slice in the West End!!!
Just across the road from Charing Cross station. We needed coffee and cake on our arrival in London. This small Italian cafe was perfect. We received a warm and friendly and genuinely Italian welcome, two delicious cups if cappuccino coffee and a large slice of light and crumbly lemon cake. Well worth a visit.
Sensational. Great food. They welcomed our family here. Quality and delicious ingredients. We loved the paninis, minestrone soup and meat/cheese platter. I recommend stopping off.
Had a delicious panini and hot drink here after being soaked in the rain. The guys who run the café are incredibly friendly and down to earth. The food is good and the decor is modern yet full of character. Prices are not bad considering that Trafalgar Square is a stone's throw away...
I went here today with my 15 year old niece. I wanted to take her somewhere nice. Having read the glowing reviews it sounded perfect. I couldn't have been more wrong! We were greeted by a surly staff member may have been the manager, when I asked him a question he made me feel like I was a nuisance, he never smiled or really made eye contact. He seemed very stressed despite it being a tiny restaurant that only had 2 other people in there. He was telling another staff member very lovely, smiley and friendly off in front of me in Italian. The food was practically inedible. I had a kind of flat bread with mozzarella and aubergine, the aubergine was dry and under cooked so I couldn't chew it and was afraid of chocking, therefore I had to leave most of it. The same staff member asked me if there was something wrong with it and I explained. There was no offer of a refund or any money coming of the bill and I didn't want to kick up a fuss with my young niece sitting there. Oh yes, the place could do with a lick of paint, it felt neglected and unloved. All in all a rubbish experience and waste of money. In answer to the response I received which shows they couldn't really give a dam - I won't be going back!!
I popped in yesterday because I fancied an Italian espresso. I was super amazed because it was PERFECT!!! super, proper! . drinking a well done espresso is sooo difficult in London. most have and acid burnt taste that completely spoils the experience. This one had no such tastes: it means the young barista knows his job
Discovered the Rosetta Italian café after a trip to the National Gallery. We had 2 delicious salads with coffee and iced coffee and warm bread. Beautiful fresh food. Polite and friendly service and a cool calm interior which was a relief from the heat of the day. Will definitely revisit. Thank you!
Great place for a quick, authentic, affordable Italian snack. Everyone speaks Italian too!
