Fantastic service from Fraser Brown once again! Recently completed the sale of our old property and the purchase of our lovely new home, and we are extremely pleased with the service provided by the dedicated Fraser Brown team. From instruction to completion we felt completely looked after by everybody at Fraser Brown, all of our questions (some big and lots of small!) were answered with clear and honest explanations, and we were reassured by the swiftness of our solicitor's response. The team really went the extra mile to make things as easy as possible for us. This was the second time we have instructed Fraser Brown to purchase/sell property, and if we go through the process again they will be our first port of call. Without reservation we would recommend them to family, friends and anybody that wants to be sure of 100% decent service.

Poor service, no communication, no assistance for first time buyers. Waited 8 weeks with no correspondence, then received letters that were signed by the other party 2 months earlier! Was given a possible move in date, then nothing to let us know this is no longer happening. Would advise to avoid!

We made the mistake of engaging Fraser Brown in June 2017 for what should have been a simple and straightforward commercial lease extension for a SUBWAY sandwich shop; owing to their incompetence it took 8 months to complete. Since June 2017 when our previous lease expired we lived under the constant threat of losing our shop and our livelihood. There were weeks where no progress was made. Our calls and e mails requesting updates frequently went unanswered. When they did come back to us their tone was often surly and arrogant. They posted correspondence to the wrong address and we didn’t receive correspondence they claimed to have sent. Delays were always blamed on other parties. In the end, after 8 months of stress, they held us to ransom: if we didn’t pay their fees (which we still dispute) they would not complete. If you are looking for an experienced solicitor whom you can trust to represent you well and your company’s best interest, do not engage Fraser Brown.

I genuinely can not speak highly enough of the residential property team at Fraser Brown. The Head of Residential - Richard Wollacott and his team have acted for my family on 3 separate occasions in the last 18 months in purchase and sale of houses. I have been very impressed with the diligence, communication and responsiveness. I regularly recommend them to friends and I have had no complaints! 5 stars out of 5, I would give them a 6 if I could!

Buying our first house was a daunting prospect but the way in which Richard and Helen helped us through the process really made it painless. Working to our tight time-frame they were able to arrange a completion date that coincided with the end of our rental agreement which saved us money. Fraser Brown were recommended to us by a friend and I’d have no hesitation in doing the same. We'll definitely be using them again.
