I have been fortunate enough to have worked with Andersons Solicitors on a number of occasions now - They have dealt with property sale, property purchase and other commercial work for me without issue. The approach of the business and its staff really is second to none and I would recommend Andersons to anybody - refreshing honest and old fashioned in their values but modern enough to get the job done properly. Superb - Keep it up Andersons!
Great service, every time. I've used Andersons solicitors on a number of occasions and every time the service has been first rate and competitive on the price. Last thing I want in any legal case are issues with communication and competency, which is why I choose Andersons. Yes there might be cheaper solicitors available in Nottingham, Leicester, Derby or Birmingham, but I don’t want the hassle that ultimately goes with them. Peace of mind is key for me! I guess the true measure of customer service is what happens when things go wrong. My bank tried to pay my standing order back in December but the payment was rejected. I tried the 'Contact Us' option from the website. That got no response. I tried calling the payments department, their line is permanently busy. After several days I opted to leave a message requesting a callback. Several days later, nothing.
I have recently used Lindsey Laver at Andersons to carry out my conveyancing and was very impressed with the service I received. Always friendly and very helpful. I would recommend.
Avoid this solicitors..!! They vastly overcharged for a service which failed on so many levels. Incompetent would be a mild word to use. They fell very short on ALL claims they made, just to secure my custom.. They even wanted paying to TRY and fix a legal failing they screwed up.
they were the best price out of 5 qoutes. but i did get what appeared as a new starter. but was happy with service
